THE JOB

• Experienced African Chef: As an experienced African chef, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality Mediterranean cuisine in the high-class restaurant. You will ensure that the dishes meet the highest standards of taste and presentation while adhering to strict hygiene standards.

Main Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Preparing and cooking Mediterranean dishes to the highest standards.
• Ensuring all dishes are prepared in a timely manner and meet quality standards.
• Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.
• Adhering to all health and safety regulations.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Proven experience as a chef for at least 3 years, specializing in Mediterranean cuisine.
• Candidates should have a culinary certificate, associate degree, or equivalent practical experience in a professional kitchen.
• High level of spoken English.
• Strict adherence to hygiene standards.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Passport
