This is a full-time on-site role as a F&B Controller/Revenue Auditor. The F&B Controller/Revenue Auditor will manage and control cost throughout the Food and Beverage department, maintain inventory and balance sheets, and ensure accurate revenue accounting. The F&B Controller/Revenue Auditor will also be responsible for conducting menu costing, monthly reconciliation, and daily audit tasks within the department.

Cost Control and Analytical Skills
Experience in Menu Costing
Knowledge of Finance and Accounting Principles
Experience in Revenue Accounting
Attention to Detail and Time Management Skills
