    F&B Controller/Revenue Auditor

    Role Description

    • This is a full-time on-site role as a F&B Controller/Revenue Auditor. The F&B Controller/Revenue Auditor will manage and control cost throughout the Food and Beverage department, maintain inventory and balance sheets, and ensure accurate revenue accounting. The F&B Controller/Revenue Auditor will also be responsible for conducting menu costing, monthly reconciliation, and daily audit tasks within the department.

    Qualifications

    • Cost Control and Analytical Skills
    • Experience in Menu Costing
    • Knowledge of Finance and Accounting Principles
    • Experience in Revenue Accounting
    • Attention to Detail and Time Management Skills
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
    • Experience in hospitality industry is a plus
