F&B Controller/Revenue Auditor

Role Description
- This is a full-time on-site role as a F&B Controller/Revenue Auditor. The F&B Controller/Revenue Auditor will manage and control cost throughout the Food and Beverage department, maintain inventory and balance sheets, and ensure accurate revenue accounting. The F&B Controller/Revenue Auditor will also be responsible for conducting menu costing, monthly reconciliation, and daily audit tasks within the department.
Qualifications
- Cost Control and Analytical Skills
- Experience in Menu Costing
- Knowledge of Finance and Accounting Principles
- Experience in Revenue Accounting
- Attention to Detail and Time Management Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Experience in hospitality industry is a plus
