The primary purpose of the ARH Facilities & Office Manager is to support the Prudential Africa CFO in establishing efficient and well-controlled office operations for the ARH office, whilst also maintaining high standards with respect to office health & safety (taking into account local regulatory requirements and Group policy). Key operational processes in mind include end-to-end procurement management processes, supplies and facilities management, and petty cash management. The role is also responsible for overseeing office-related duties performed by personal assistants (primarily reception management) and providing steer and guidance to tea/cleaning ladies.
