    Facilities & Office Manger

    The primary purpose of the ARH Facilities & Office Manager is to support the Prudential Africa CFO in establishing efficient and well-controlled office operations for the ARH office, whilst also maintaining high standards with respect to office health & safety (taking into account local regulatory requirements and Group policy). Key operational processes in mind include end-to-end procurement management processes, supplies and facilities management, and petty cash management. The role is also responsible for overseeing office-related duties performed by personal assistants (primarily reception management) and providing steer and guidance to tea/cleaning ladies.

    • Ensure full implementation of end-to-end procurement management processes at the regional office, including guiding business contract managers (or associated PAs) on the use of Coupa, and performing vendor risk assessment using the Coupa Risk Assess system.
    • Overall accountability for office supply management, including pantry supplies and stationery.
    • Acting as key contact with building management for any building/office related matters (e.g. access card management, repairs, fire drills etc.).
    • Oversee and manage office repairs and maintenance issues within the office space.
    • Oversee office-related responsibilities for executive assistants (i.e. reception) and provide guidance to tea/cleaning ladies.
    • With support from the ARH Health & Safety (H&S) Officer, help implement all necessary processes to ensure the office continues to adhere to H&S requirements as defined by law and Group policy.
    • Overall accountability for petty cash management.
