1. Sales vs set target 
2. Recruitment of stockists /distributors within assigned territory, based on set targets 
3. Stockists /distributors activity/ordering level 
4. Sales agent account status, with regard to processed sales and reconciled inventory 

Skills

1. Diploma/Degree in animal health sciences and Agronomy
2. Demonstrated and proven sales results
3. Basic computer skills. tracking merchandise, scheduling with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software
4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
5. Persuasive and goal-oriented
6. In-depth understanding of company services and its position in the market
7. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
