Field Collection Agent - Mumias at Newark Frontiers

Job Overview:

• We are seeking energetic, result-oriented individuals to join our team as Collection Officers/Field Collection Agents across various locations in Kenya. In this role, you will be responsible for managing delinquent accounts and working to collect outstanding payments from debtors, while adhering to all legal and ethical collection procedures. Your duties will include locating and contacting debtors, and in some cases, making personal visits to collect payments.

Minimum Qualifications:

• KCSE Certificate or equivalent qualification.
• Prior debt collection experience is preferred.
• Computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Investigative skills will be an added advantage.
