Field Collection Officer

Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve monthly collections targets through field .
- Resolve customer complaints in line with company policies.
- Detect fraudulent activities and report them promptly.
Requirements:
- Experience in debt recovery and strong negotiation skills.
- Computer literacy and keen attention to detail.
- Ability to manage field visits effectively.
