    Field Sales Executive - FMCG Industry

    KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES 

    • Periodically visit retail outlets, wholesalers, supermarkets and other customer locations within designated regions to increase sales prospects, comprehend customer needs and offer customized product solutions.
    • Effectively plan and organize sales visits to optimize coverage of assigned locations.
    • Determine the territory’s market categories and potential customers.
    • Collaborate with customer service, supply chain management and marketing departments to coordinate sales activities with product accessibility, marketing campaigns and customer support.
    • Maintain thorough records of orders, customer contacts and sales activities.
    • Prepare daily and weekly sales reports to inform managers of developments, obstacles and opportunities.
    • Negotiate with customers about prices, terms and conditions to obtain sales agreements that are beneficial to both the customer and the business.
    • Serve as a brand ambassador by educating customers about the features, advantages and applications of the product by giving product demonstrations.
    • Gather and present market data analytics such as prices, competitor activities and customer feedback.
    • Abide to the company’s policies and ethical standards as well as maintain a high level of professionalism and presentation.

    QUALIFICATION, EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE 

    • Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
    • 5 years’ experience in sales; preferably in FMCG products.
    • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
    • Adaptability and great ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
    • Strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills.
    • Proficiency in computer applications and knowledge of sales reporting tools.
    • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed.
