Fiels Sales Representative - Kirinyaga at Royal Mabati Factory

Job Purpose

Sales Representative will be responsible for driving sales and generating new business opportunities through direct interaction with clients in the field. This role involves actively seeking out new sales leads, meeting potential clients,recruiting Fundis and Agents and maintaining relationships with existing clients to achieve sales targets and contribute to the company's revenue growth.

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Marketing, or Business Administration.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in field sales or business development.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proficient in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and willing to travel extensively.
