Key Competencies / Requisite Skills

• Fluent in English & Kiswahili (written and spoken)
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Committed Christian (Trinitarian denomination)
• Willing to volunteer a minimum of 12 days annually
• Proven professional competence and strategic leadership
• Experience in corporate governance
• Strong interpersonal, analytical, and critical thinking skills
• Understanding of Kenya's social, political, and economic context
• Innovative and adaptable
