    Finance Manager

    Person Specification

    Academic Qualification

    • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Finance, and Accounting or its equivalents from a recognized institution. An MBA will be an added advantage.

    Professional Qualification

    • CPA/ACCA or its equivalent from a recognized institution

    Experience

    • Minimum of 5 years of insurance industry experienceSkills and Attributes
    • Knowledge of applicable regulations including IRA, KRA, CMA, IASB IFRSs, and IFRS 17
    • Excellent management and leadership skills
    • Good problem-solving and analytical experience
    • Good planning and organizational skills and
    • Excellent report-writing skills
