Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of the food and beverage team to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and safety in all food and beverage operations.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers for timely procurement of required stock.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate team members to ensure professional growth and adherence to service standards.
• Address customer feedback and complaints promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Prepare and manage staff schedules to optimize productivity.
• Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement promotional strategies.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and food hygiene regulations.
• Analyze operational performance and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and profitability.

Minimum Requirements & Responsibility

• A degree or diploma in hospitality management or a relevant field.
• At least three (3) years of proven experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of food and beverage operations, inventory management, and health regulations.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications and point-of-sale systems.
