Food Science & Beverage Production Consultant at Greben Limited

• Greben LTD is seeking a qualified and practical Food Science / Beverage Production Consultant to support the continued development and improvement of Jaba Tamu Juice™ on a short-term consultancy basis.
• We are looking for an individual with hands-on understanding of beverage production, natural shelf-life improvement, production systems, and quality control to help us strengthen and scale our operations.

Scope of Work

The consultant will assist with:

• Natural shelf-life improvement strategies
• Product consistency and formulation standardization
• Development of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Production process optimization
• Quality control and hygiene systems
• Batch tracking and record-keeping systems
• Staff guidance and operational recommendations

Preferred Qualifications

We are looking for someone with experience or training in:

• Food Science & Technology
• Beverage Production
• Nutrition & Food Processing
• Quality Assurance / Quality Control
• Juice or FMCG Production

Preferred Skills & Experience

• Understanding of natural preservation methods
• Experience in juice or beverage processing
• Ability to create practical SOPs and systems
• Knowledge of hygiene and food safety standards
• Strong problem-solving and operational thinking

Consultancy Arrangement

• Temporary / project-based engagement
• Flexible working arrangement
• Site visits may be required depending on project need
