Food Server at The Social House

This is a full-time on-site role for a Waiter/Waitress at The Social House Nairobi, located in Lavington,Nairobi County, Kenya. The Waiter/Waitress will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, taking and serving food and beverage orders, ensuring the cleanliness and presentation of tables, and helping to create a welcoming atmosphere. Daily tasks include greeting and seating guests, familiarizing oneself with the menu to make recommendations, handling payments, and addressing customer inquiries and complaints efficiently.

Requirements

• 2 to 3 years experience in a 4/5 star hotel.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A positive attitude, teamwork spirit, and a genuine passion for hospitality.
• Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
