Front Desk Agent at The Social House

YOU NEED:

• Diploma or certificate in Hospitality, Front Office or a related field.
• At least 2 years' hotel front-office experience. Practical knowledge of Opera PMS.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of reservations, billing and payments.
• Professional, organised and calm under pressure.
• Excellent grooming and telephone etiquette.
• Flexible to work shifts,weekends and public holidays.
• A strong fit with our brand values.

YOU WILL:

• Welcome guests and manage check-ins and check-outs
• Handle reservations, room allocations, payments and billing
• Respond to guest requests and resolve concerns promptly
• Maintain accurate guest and reservation records
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Security and other departments
• Manage calls, emails, messages and shift handovers
• Promote hotel rooms, dining, events and services
• Protect guest information and maintain a welcoming reception area
