Earned a PhD in Research Methods, Pure Sciences, Social Sciences, Education, or a related field from an accredited university
A minimum of (5) years of experience teaching at the university level, with robust record of research, publication, and leadership in academic settings
Strong commitment to mentoring students and faculty in research methodologies.
Evidence of ability to attract research funding and lead research projects.
Proven experience in supervising postgraduate students to completion, including at least three doctoral candidates.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
Demonstrated success in interdisciplinary collaboration and community engagement related to research
A minimum of 96 publication points, with a significant number of publications in reputable, peer-reviewed journals.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Conduct high-quality research publications in peer-reviewed journals.
Contribute to curriculum development and enhancement of research capacity within the university.
Develop and implement innovative research strategies that align with the university's mission.
Engage with the academic community and participate in conferences and workshops.
Supervise and mentor graduate students in their research projects and dissertations.
Teach undergraduate and postgraduate courses in research methods.
