Functional Consultant at Dataposit

The suitable candidate will work as a functional consultant, understanding customer business requirements, converting these into Business Central solution options, and clearly explaining to the customer how their requirement is mapped to a standard or customised solution. This function also interacts with our other functions for project delivery, quality assurance and business as usual support teams

Responsibilities

• Implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and its add-on products configuration, support, training, and documentation
• Work with the team (Business Central, Power Platform, SharePoint) with experienced colleagues
• Work closely with technical staff to define and document user requirements and solution specifications
• Ensure high standards of customer engagement and services are maintained
• Expected to complete work-related training and learning to obtain relevant Microsoft Certifications

Requirements

• Strong Dynamics 365 Business Central (Navision, NAV etc.) implementation experience (essential)
• Experienced in the change management process and coordinating with technical resources to create solution design documents
• Strong Interpersonal skills with the ability to support and communicate with users at all levels
• Excellent English, written and Oral
• Excellent problem-solving skills with strong analytical skills
• Ability to work on own initiative and be self-motivated
• Ability to work effectively as a member of a team
• A strong desire and ability to learn new platforms and technologies
• Relevant third-level qualification in Business or IT (Accounting qualifications advantageous)
• Relevant functional and technical accreditations are highly desirable.
