Gaming and Casino Specific Graphic Designer at Gap Recruitment Services Limited

Job Purpose: 

The Gaming and Casino Specific Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating high-quality visuals for the company's gaming products and promotions. The role involves designing digital assets for websites, social media and CRM communications, ensuring the brands visual identity is upheld across all platforms. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the gaming industry, particularly within an African context and possess the ability to create engaging and dynamic content.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and conceptualize digital assets for use on company websites, social media channels, and CRM communications.
• Craft eye-catching and engaging designs that enhance the visual appeal of games displayed on the website.
• Create and deliver dynamic content from concept to final production, including site banners, landing pages, and external marketing materials.
• Ensure that all designs comply with regulatory requirements for each market.
• Adhere to the company's brand guidelines and maintain high standards that align with the company's vision.
• Present creative concepts and design ideas to stakeholders for approval.
• Collaborate closely with content, promotional, and marketing teams to ensure clear communication of requirements and priorities.

Qualifications and Skills:

• At least 2 years of experience producing and developing digital content for a casino or gaming provider.
• Bachelors Degree or relevant qualification in Graphic Design.
• Proven ability to create striking visuals through motion/animation, including videos, GIFs, and photography.
• Strong understanding of social media trends and platforms.
• Knowledge of UI/UX Design, HTML, and CSS is an added advantage.
• Experience in designing for a brand within the African market is a plus.
• Demonstrable portfolio showcasing experience in graphic design, including gaming and casino visuals.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent attention to detail, strong creative thinking, and effective organizational skills.

Technical Skills:

• Proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, etc.).
• Experience with motion graphics, animation, and creating dynamic digital content.
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and UI/UX design principles is an added advantage.
• Understanding of social media platforms and content creation trends.
