General Manager at National Mirror Media Limited

Job Description

We are looking for an objective, innovative and resultsoriented General Manager who will be responsible for managing daily and longterm goals of the media house. On a daytoday basis, the GM will provide leadership & direction, manage staff, work schedules & targets and ensure high performance. In long term, the GM will establish departmental plans & policies, yearly goals & objectives, digital strategies, areas of growth opportunity, goals related to sales and budgeting. On an ongoing basis, the GMs will confer with the board to determine and implement growth & sustainability strategy and respond to environmental changes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or any related field .
• industry experience of over 5 years .
• Clear understanding of emerging media & digital markets .
• Innovative, inventive & strategic leadership Global mindset to service delivery
• Excellent leadership and people management skills .
• MBA or its equivalent will be an added advantage
