Job Summary

• General Manager (GM) Operations is responsible for overseeing the daily operations and strategic direction of the medical facility, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery, and achieving financial and operational goals. This role encompasses a broad range of responsibilities, from managing staff and budgets to ensuring compliance with regulations and maintaining stakeholder relationships.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Leadership and Strategic Planning Developing and implementing short-term and long-term strategic plans for the medical facility, aligned with its overall mission and objectives.

Operational Efficiency

• Ensuring smooth and efficient functioning of all medical facility departments, including clinical and administrative services.

Quality Assurance and Compliance

• Ensuring adherence to quality standards, regulatory requirements, and professional best practices.

People and Resource Management

• Provide strategic oversight of workforce planning and performance, while ensuring optimal utilization of medical facility resources-including infrastructure, medical equipment, and technology to support high-quality patient care and operational efficiency.

Education Qualifications and Skills Graduate

• Masters Degree preferred
• At least 5 years' experience in Management Ability to work and make decisions independently Strong communication (verbal and written) skills Good interpersonal, leadership and management skills
