General Trade Representative
- Job Type Full Time
- Qualification BA/BSc/HND , Diploma
- Experience 2 years
- Location Nairobi
- Job Field Sales and Business Development
Key Responsibilities
- Open and grow new trade accounts
- Drive sales and repeat orders within existing accounts
- Conduct regular field visits and generate customer orders
- Promote professional lash products and accessories
- Ensure product visibility, availability and merchandising at outlets
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity
- Follow up on customer payments and collections
- Submit accurate sales and customer reports
Requirements
- Diploma or degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce or a related field
- At least 2 years’ experience in General Trade, FMCG, Beauty, Cosmetics or Retail Sales
- Experience selling to salons, beauty outlets, retailers, wholesalers or distributors
- Strong prospecting, negotiation and closing skills
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Good understanding of the Nairobi beauty/general trade market is an added advantage
- Comfortable working extensively in the field
