German Speaking Caregiver at Instep Business Solutions (I B S)

Role Description

• The role is a full time role.  As a  German Speaking Caregiver, you will be responsible for providing compassionate care, assisting patients with daily activities, monitoring their health and well-being, and ensuring their safety. You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized environment, assisting with meal preparation, and facilitating social and recreational activities.

Qualifications

• At least Caregiver certification
• B1 German certification is mandatory
• At least 1-3 years’ experience in care-giving or a related field
• Knowledge of health and safety procedures
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Empathy and compassion
• Physical stamina and strength
• Flexibility and adaptability
