Job Details/Description
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES;

•  Undertaking GIS mapping services in the County;
•  Design and develop in house application programs and user interfaces;
•  Formulate data analysis procedures;
•  Define data verification and quality control procedures;
•  Manage and maintain Geo-database;
•  Update and maintain hardware and software;
•  Coordinate of GIS mapping in the County;
•  Development of policies for effective GIS services in the country

Requirements for appointment

•  Bachelor of Science in Geospatial Engineering ,GIS Engineering ,Geometrics, Survey, and photogrammetry or its equivalent and relevant qualification from a recognized institutions
•  Master ‘s degree in GIS is an added Advantage
•  Merit and Ability as reflected in work performance and results.
•  Member of Institute of Surveyors of Kenya (ISK)
