Global Advisor Inclusive Education at Christian Blind Mission (CBM)

These are your responsibilities:

• Contribute to and review concept notes, programme, and donor proposals. Audit selected programmes based on agreed criteria.
• Lead or provide input on assessments, planning, monitoring, and evaluation exercises (at partner, country, regional, and global levels).
• Drive innovation and develop model programmes. Support regional advisors/experts with sectoral expertise.
• Engage in relevant international associations/networks and maintain a global network of external expertise.
• Advise and support CBM Country offices, and other technical advisors. Develop standards, policies, guidelines, and tools.
• Represent CBM in international alliances and forums to promote Inclusive Education in international development.

These are your qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Inclusive
• Education Experience in Disability-inclusive Development
• Proven experience in advocacy and networking with governments and key stakeholders
• Experience in designing training programs
• Knowledge of key players and stakeholders in Inclusive Education at global, regional, and national levels
• Experience in developing strategic plans, policies, or curricula (advantageous)
• Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
• Identification with the Christian values and mandate of CBM.
