Working with the Heads of Global HR and the Global HR Advisor (UK Reward & Benefits), responsible for leading on and developing Tearfund’s global reward strategy, policy and practice Reward Management Information and audits:
Develop and maintain a clear picture of our reward packages across all regions
Mapping all regional job grades, salaries, benefits and end of contract payments
Ensure consistency of job grades, salaries and benefits for regional-based roles
Collect and record data by country on social security and tax deduction requirements
Document and track anomalies in salaries/grading and provide recommendations for action
Analysis of compensation and benefits data across regions and development of indicators
Track inflation and develop other metrics for the countries that Tearfund operates in Liaise with the UK Payroll team in their annual tax exercise for non-UK staff paid through the UK and with
the International Finance Team on tax compliance globally
Conduct audits of SelectHR (HR system) across each region to review and strengthen global data on compensation and benefits
Qualifications
Degree or equivalent level of knowledge in relevant field
