Role Description

• This full-time role for a Google Business Profile, Network Engineer & Microsoft Cloud Services Specialist is an on-site position, located in Nairobi County, Kenya. The Network Engineer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining network systems and services. The Microsoft Cloud Services Specialist will provide software development, implementation support, and systems administration expertise, including support for Azure, Office 365, and Exchange Online. The Google Business Profile role will assist in Google Search optimization, maintaining the Google Business Profile listing, and managing content on the company website. The successful candidate will be able to work on in-house projects and collaborate with other team members.

Qualifications

• Experience in network design and architecture with multiple vendors, including Routing and Switching, Security, and Load Balancing
• Experience in Azure Cloud Services implementation, administration, and troubleshooting
• Expertise in Office 365 administration and troubleshooting, Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams
• Working experience in Google Search optimization, including the Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager
• Familiarity with project management methodologies such as Agile and Scrum
• Excellent analytical, communication, and collaboration skills
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
