The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with our market research, product development, and sales teams to create packaging that aligns with our branding and product positioning. You will have the opportunity to conceptualize multiple design concepts, create 3D mockups, and ensure compliance with industry standards.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize and create eye-catching packaging designs that align with the company's branding and product positioning.
• Query market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for differentiation through packaging design.
• Collaborate with market research, product development, and sales teams to understand product specifications, target audience, and market trends.
• Generate multiple design concepts for each project and present them for review and feedback.
• Create 3D mockups and prototypes to visualize the final packaging design.
• Ensure packaging designs comply with industry regulations and standards.
• Maintain a keen eye for detail and consistency in design elements across various product lines.
• Collaborate with production teams to optimize packaging for cost-effectiveness and sustainability.
• Keep up-to-date with emerging design trends and integrate them into your work when appropriate.
• Assist in creating marketing materials, presentations, and visual assets as needed.
• Continuously improve design processes and explore new tools and techniques to enhance efficiency and creativity.
• Assist product team in all creative and graphic design tasks

Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree/ Diploma/ Certification in graphic design, visual communication, or related field.
• Proven experience in packaging design, preferably in consumer goods or retail.
• Creativity and ability to conceptualize eye-catching packaging designs.
• Collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and 3D design tools.  
• Understanding of industry regulations and standards for packaging design.
• Attention to detail and consistency in design elements.
• Awareness of emerging design trends.
• Versatility in creating marketing materials and visual assets.
