Graphic Designer at Human Capital Synergies Africa Ltd

Our Client, a corporate Event Management Company Incorporated in Kenya; seeks to recruit a

graphic designer who will be in charge of 2main roles:

1. Design work
2. Social Media Management

Responsibilities

1. Graphic Design
   1. Creating a wide range of graphics and layouts for product illustration, ie Company profiles. Personal profiles, Logos. Fliers etc with software such as Corel draw, Photoshop. Illustrator and in design.
   2. Creating Websites and managing them, conversant with website software’s.
   3. Planning concepts by studying and analyzing information and other materials
   4. Illustration concepts by designing examples of art arrangement, size, type and style.
   5. Delivering brilliant, on-brand creative ideas, and show amazing attention to detail.
   6. Timely delivery of work, capable of designing several art works per day.
   7. Understanding each design marketing aspect.
2. Social Media Management.
   1. Managing the company’s social media pages.
   2. Creating engagement on the pages.
   3. Bring out creativity on the pages
   4. Hit sales from the social media platform
   5. Make sure the pages are visible

Requirements

1. Minimum two (2) years’ experience as a graphic designer.
2. Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio.
3. Proficiency with required design tools and resources including Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Corel Draw.
4. A strong eye for captivating visual composition.
5. Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
6. Able to close sales on social media platforms.
7. Understanding of marketing, branding, and multimedia design.
8. A degree or diploma in graphic design or a related field is an added advantage.
