Graphic Designer at Serena Hotels

JOB SUMMARY

The Graphic Designer will play a pivotal role in shaping the visual identity of our brand and products from a corporate and unit level. He/She will be responsible for creating visually appealing designs that align with our brand standards and resonate with our target audience.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in graphic design, visual communications, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in graphic design and art direction.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Strong proficiency in video editing (creation of social media content i.e. reels).
• Excellent understanding of typography, colour theory, and layout principles.
• Ability to conceptualize and execute creative ideas from start to finish.
• Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for design.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills. 
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• A portfolio showcasing a strong understanding of design principles and a diverse range of creative work.
• Work experience in an Advertising Agency is an added advantage.
