Group Revenue & Distribution Manager at Sarova Hotels

JOB SUMMARY

You will be responsible for developing and implementing revenue-generating strategies for Sarova Hotels & Resorts. You will also lead and mentor the revenue distribution team, fostering a culture of collaboration and high performance.

Requirements:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive revenue management strategy to maximize hotel revenue across all properties.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify pricing trends, competitor strategies and guest behaviour.
• Prepare and present regular reports on revenue, market trends & distribution channel  effectiveness.
• Lead in the budgeting process.

PERSON SPECIFICATION:

• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, business administration or a related field.
• Proficiency in revenue management software (e.g. PMS, Fidelio, IDeaS), hospitality distribution systems (e.g. GDS CRS) and analysis tools (e.g. Excel, PowerBI).
• Understanding of the Kenyan and East African hospitality market.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Proven experience in managing multiple properties within a cluster/ group is required.
