    Group Senior Finance Business Partner – Services and Technology

    • We are seeking a strategic Group Senior Finance Business Partner with specialized expertise in Services and Technology. In this influential role, you will collaborate closely with our services & technology departments, providing financial leadership, analysis, and support to optimize financial performance and drive strategic initiatives within the Services & Technology portfolio.
    • The Business Partner will be responsible for various cost centers including Platform Infrastructure & Services, General Management, Administration, Finance, Human Resources, Credit, Fraud, Legal, Impact, Business Development, Product Development, Security and IT Services

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

    Budgeting & Forecasting:

    • Oversee the entire budget cycle, including creating cost center templates with current/previous period results for comparison.
    • Ensure cost center templates include all assumptions calculations supporting budget numbers.
    • Engage with cost center heads, guide them through templates, consolidate assumptions, and ensure alignment with senior management timelines.
    • Upload budget data on Dynamics, reconciling between Dynamics balance and cost center budgets.
    • Present final budgets to cost center heads to ensure alignment.
    • Conduct monthly forecasts from February 2024 to December 2025 and yearly forecasts for FY 2026, FY 2027, and FY 2028, to maintain this cycle for future years.

    Weekly & Monthly Packs:

    • Develop and complete various packs and dashboards during the 1st quarter of 2024 to provide valuable insights for continuous departmental evolution.

    Services & Technology Strategy Support:

    • Collaborate with Services & technology leadership to understand business strategies and objectives.
    • Provide financial insights and guidance to support strategic decision-making in the Services & Technology domain.

    Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) for Services & Technology:

    • Conduct detailed financial analysis of Services & Technology revenue, costs, and profitability.

    Performance Monitoring:

    • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to Services & Technology, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
    • Assess the financial impact of Services & Technology initiatives on overall business performance.

    Decision Support for Services & Technology Operations:

    • Provide financial guidance on Services & Technology resource allocation, and project profitability.
    • Conduct scenario analysis to evaluate the financial implications of different Services & Technology strategies.

    Cross-Functional Collaboration:

    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Operations, and Marketing, to align financial goals with Services objectives.
    • Foster effective communication and collaboration between the Finance and Services departments.

    Risk Management for Services & Technology:

    • Identify and assess financial risks associated with Services & Technology operations.
    • Develop strategies to mitigate risks and ensure compliance with financial regulations.

    Financial Leadership:

    • Provide leadership to the finance team supporting Services & Technology operations.
    • Mentor and develop finance professionals, fostering a high-performance culture.

    Technology Utilization:

    • Leverage financial technologies and analytics tools to enhance reporting, analysis, and forecasting capabilities for Services& Technology related activities.

    ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Oversee and manage the financial aspects of additional ad-hoc duties for the Services & Technology departments as required.
    • Conduct financial analysis and provide insights beyond the designated cost centers.
    • Actively participate in cross-functional teams to address evolving business needs.

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field. MBA or professional finance certifications (e.g., CFA, CPA) are a plus.
    • Proven experience as a Finance Business Partner or a similar role.
    • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and financial modeling skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build effective relationships with business leaders.
    • Proficiency in financial software and tools, such as Excel, ERP systems, and data analysis software.
    • Knowledge of industry best practices and regulatory requirements
