Hi there, we are seeking to recruit a Guest Relations Officer

Requirements
- A Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business Administration, or a similar field. Working knowledge of property management systems (e.g Opera, Fidelio).
- 3 years of experience in guest services, preferably in a hotel or reception setting.
- Thorough knowledge and drive for customer service, active listening, problem-solving.
- Positive attitude, strong sense of responsibility & professional presentation.
