    Head of IT

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Oversee IT infrastructure, security and digital systems
    • Implement fintech solutions to enhance service delivery
    • Manage IT staff and external vendors
    • Ensure data security and regulatory compliance
    • Must Have Qualifications:
    • Degree in Computer science, IT or related field
    • 8+ years in IT managerial roles
    • Experience in financial or microfinance tech systems
