Role Description

• This is a full-time, on-site role located in Nakuru County, Kenya for a Junior Secondary School Head. The Junior Secondary School Head will be responsible for overseeing the overall administration of the junior secondary school, providing leadership to teachers and other staff, setting academic goals, and ensuring that students receive high-quality education.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field required; master's degree preferred
• Minimum 10 years of experience as a Primary School Head Teacher, with a strong track record of success
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
• Strong knowledge of the Kenyan education system and curriculum
• Experience in instructional supervision and curriculum development
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure
• P1 Certificate
• Should be TSC registered
• CBC Trained
• Certificate in Leadership
• Age 40 and above
