    Head of Strategic Partnerships

    Responsibilities

    • Establish a compelling 3–5-year partnership strategy that aligns with Elloe’s vision for growth and product development
    • Take ownership for continuing to build the entire partnership function, including hiring a team and clearly communicating the value to other departments and leadership
    • Building new partnerships that are mutually beneficial and drive revenue for both the partner and Elloe.
    • Nurture existing partnerships by leading, managing, and developing all partners in your territory to achieve revenue and MBO targets.
    • Establish and document clearly defined goals for each partner relationship, and update and maintain proper reporting to all sourced, direct, and influenced partnership revenue and pipeline targets, partner success KPIs, and retention and integration goals.
    • Work cross-functionally to create partnerships and set up for success from working with the product and intelligence teams to identify prospective partners, to proactively growing partnerships through sales and marketing efforts.
    • Weave friendship into our core processes working closely with our Chief Commercial Officer & Head of Operations to build out and streamline current partnership processes, and track success via KPIs.
    • Set our partners up for success by proactively identifying opportunities that increase Elloe’s value and impact, expanding our footprint in the c-commerce space.
    • Work with our partners and internal teams (sales, customer success, marketing, legal, product, and engineering) to optimize joint selling and marketing strategies for driving revenue through the partner ecosystem

    • Willingness to perform and get things done
    • Comfort with ambiguity and a rapidly evolving business landscape
    • Must be able to create and deliver strong presentations
    • Clear and effective communication skills, both verbal and written
    • Preferably 3 plus years of experience.
