KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee Internal Data Management: Manage and secure internal data, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations and best practices.
• Develop Internal Applications and Software: Lead the creation and maintenance of internal applications and software to streamline operations, enhance productivity, and support business goals.
• Mentor New Graduates: Guide and mentor new tech graduates on software development, launching applications, and adhering to industry best practices.
• Drive AI Utilization: Act as the primary advocate for AI within the company, identifying and implementing AI solutions to enhance business processes and product offerings.
• Market AI and Tech Solutions: Develop and execute strategies to market and sell the company’s AI and other technology tools, identifying new business opportunities and partnerships.
• Team Leadership: Inspire and lead the technology team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• Project Management: Oversee multiple projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Technology Strategy: Develop and implement technology strategies that align with the company’s business objectives and drive competitive advantage.
