    Health Administrative Officer II

    Four (4) Positions

    V/NO.291/2020

    Salary Scale: Ksh. 31,270 – Ksh. 41,260 p.m. (CSG 11)
    House Allowance: Ksh.10,000p.m
    Commuter Allowance: Ksh.4, 000p.m
    Leave allowance: As existing in the Civil Service
    Annual Leave: 30 working days per financial year
    Medical Cover: As provided by the government
    Terms of Service: Three (3) years contract

    Requirements for appointment

    For appointment to this grade a candidate must have a Bachelors Degree in any of the following social sciences:- Government, Anthropology, Sociology, Business Administration, Public Administration, Commerce, Health Economics or its equivalent qualification from a university recognized in Kenya.

    Duties and Responsibilities

    An officer at this level will work under the guidance and supervision of a more senior officer. Duties and responsibilities at this level will include:-

    • procurement, provision and maintenance of facilities;
    • preparation of budgets;
    • overseeing welfare of staff and patients and ensuring their security; and
    • general upkeep of the hospital
