Hospital Administrator at Sanel Hospital

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day administrative and operational functions of the hospital.
• Ensure efficient utilization of hospital resources and adherence to approved budgets.
• Manage hospital finances, billing systems, procurement, and inventory controls.
• Supervise non-clinical staff and support departmental coordination.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and hospital policies.
• Oversee SHA and private insurance operations, billing, and claims management.
• Prepare operational, financial, and management reports for leadership decision-making.
• Support strategic planning, service expansion, and quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (BCOM), Healthcare Management, or any business-related degree.
• CPA qualification (CPA II and above) is required.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in hospital or healthcare facility administration.
• Proven knowledge of hospital financial management, insurance processes, and regulatory compliance.
• Strong leadership, analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in hospital management systems and MS Office applications.
• Hospital experience will be an added advantage.
