Hotel Manager at Stellar Human Resource Solutions

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Manager to join our team at a high-end hotel in Nairobi. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in managing luxury hotels, with a focus on delivering outstanding customer service and driving revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue and increase occupancy rates
• Ensure the hotel meets and exceeds guest expectations through exceptional service delivery
• Manage and lead the hotel staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with hotel guests and key stakeholders
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the hotel, including front office, housekeeping, and food and beverage
• Ensure the hotel is in compliance with all local laws and regulations

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field
• Minimum of 5 years' experience managing luxury hotels
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong financial acumen and experience with budgeting and forecasting
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
