Housekeeping Supervisor at 67 Airport Hotel

Job Summary:

• 67 Airport Hotel, Syokimau, is inviting applications from suitably qualified and experienced candidates for the position of Housekeeping Supervisor. We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented professional dedicated to maintaining high cleanliness and service standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping operations
• Inspect guest rooms, public areas and back-of- house spaces to ensure top-fier cleanlines staff to Train, mentor, and motivate housekeeping staff to maintain excellent service standards
• Manage linen, cleaning supplies and inventory levels
• Report and follow up on maintenence issues promptly
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, health and safety regulations
• Collaborate with the Front Office, Maintenance and other departments to ensure smooth oparations
• Handle guest requests, feedback and complaints professionally

• Prepare staff schedules and maintain performance and attendance records

QUALIFICATIONS & ATTRIBUTES:

• Diploma in Hospitality, Tourism, or related field
• Minimum 2-3 years' supervisory experience in housekeeping
• within a hotel, resort or similar environment
• Strong leadership, communication and organizational skills
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Flexibility to work weekends and holldays as required
• Familiarity with hotel property management systems is an added advantage
