HR Manager at CEVA Logistics

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

• Lead a team of administrators and HR Officers to deliver all HR processes.
• Provide guidance and lead engagement to ensure compliance with local labour laws, policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with managers to identify talent requirements and lead end to end recruitment and employee development initiatives.
• Implement the CEVA Performance Management system and guide stakeholders to deliver a high performance culture.
• Champion the implementation of employee development initiatives to provide a wide selection of initiatives to address behavioural and technical requirements
• Assess and recommend changes to policies and procedures to remain locally compliant, and serve the business requirement.
• Actively manage HR data metrics to guide key management decisions and address trends
• Foster a positive work environment by promoting employee engagement activities
• Support organisational change initiatives through pro-active communication and stakeholder engagement.
• Manage an effective HR Administrative function to comply with data protection laws, CEVA data requirements and accurate employee information needs in business.
• Coordinate all employee litigation processes, discipline management efforts and any other activities to support business optimisation.
• Be conversant with all aspects related to the people budget to guide managers in effective forecasting
• Collaborate with all other stakeholders in the business responsible for the enforcement of policy, procedure and CEVA Business Rules.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• 7+ years experience as a HR Generalist with at least 3 years managing a team, Certified HR Professional will be a distinct advantage
• Proven track record in the management of the broad spectrum of HR processes and procedures in a complex labour environment
• Proven ability to train and develop employees to reach their full potential
• Excellent understanding of the legislative environment and underpinning international legislation underpinning HR activity
• Demonstrated negotiation skills and ability to conclude employee contracting processes
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to speak multiple languages will be a distinct advantage
• Experience in the use of SAP SuccessFactors will be an advantage
