    HR Officer

    Job Brief

    We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Officer to lead our Human Resources and Administration functions.

    Reporting to the Managing Director, you will be responsible for overseeing HR operations, office management, and contributing to the overall success of our fund management firm. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR practices, office administration, and a passion for fostering a positive workplace culture.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Human Resources:

    • Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to on-boarding.
    • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with labor laws.
    • Manage employee relations, addressing concerns and promoting a positive work environment.
    • Conduct performance reviews and assist in talent development initiatives.
    • Administer employee benefits programs and ensure accurate record-keeping.

    Office Management:

    • Supervise and coordinate office activities, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
    • Manage office supplies, equipment, facilities and negotiating contracts when necessary.
    • Collaborate with vendors and service providers to ensure a well-maintained office space.

    Compliance and Record-Keeping:

    • Ensure compliance with labor laws, safety standards and other regulatory requirements.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
    • Prepare and submit reports related to HR and office management.

    Training and Development:

    • Identify training needs and coordinate professional development programs.
    • Facilitate on-boarding sessions for new employees.
    • Implement initiatives to enhance employee skills and knowledge.

    Employee Welfare & Engagement:

    • Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
    • Coordinate employee recognition programs and events.

    Qualifications and Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
    • Holder of a Post graduate diploma in Human Resource.
    • Registered and certified member of Institute of Human Resource Management (IHRM) with a valid practicing certificate.
    •  Proven experience in HR and office management roles.
    • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
