- Qualification BA/BSc/HND , Diploma
- Experience 2 years
- Location Nairobi
- Job Field Human Resources / HR
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource or any Business field from a recognized university.
- Higher Diploma in Human Resource Management.
- CHRP (K) would be an added advantage. Member of IHRM.
- Sound Knowledge of Kenya Labor Laws and HR Best Practices, HR Policy Formulation and Review.
- At least 2 years HR experience with Microfinance/Banking institutions.
