About the Role:

• Our client is seeking to engage a highly motivated and professional Human Resource Intern to join their team for a six-month internship program. The ideal candidate should be a Graduate or Finalist in Human Resource Management or a related field, with a strong passion for people management, organizational excellence, and ethical HR practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and record management.
• Support in employee relations, welfare management, and performance monitoring.
• Help maintain and update HR databases, personnel files, and leave records.
• Participate in drafting HR correspondences, memos, and internal communications.
• Support in training coordination and other administrative HR functions.
• Ensure confidentiality and compliance with company HR policies and labor laws.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Graduate or Finalist in Human Resource Management or related discipline.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Keen attention to detail, integrity, and professionalism.
