ABOUT THE ROLE

• We are seeking an experienced and strategic HR Manager to lead and oversee the company's human resource functions.
• The role involves managing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, policy implementation, and staff development while ensuring compliance with labor laws and company procedures.
• The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership, communication, and organizational skill, with the ability to foster a productive and positive work environment.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
Managing Director Nairobi

• Oversee and manage al HR operations and administrative functions.
• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and strategies.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, and employee retention initiatives
• Manage employee relations, daciplinary matters, and conflict resolution.
• Oversee performance management and staff appraisal processes.
• Ensure compliance with labour laws, statutory regulations, and company policin
• Coordinate staff training, development, and succession planning program
• Advise marganton Ht matters and organizational development.
• Oversee payroll coordination, leave management, and employee welfare administration Maintain accurate employee records and Hit reports
• Promote a positive organizational culture and employes angegment
• Parform any other HR-related duties as assigned by management.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field CHRPK certification a mandatory
• Mambarship with IHRM and in good standing
• Proficiency in MS Office applications and HR Management systems.
• Minimum of 5-8 years' experience in HK and Adminstration functions.
• REA
• Proven experience handling recruitment, disciplinary processes, employee relations, and performance management
• Experience in policy development and labour law complianc
• Experience in a logistics, transport, or commercial environment will be an added advantage.
