Key Responsibilities

• Ensure Implementation of the Institute Human Resource Management Policy
• Ensure Institute’s compliance with relevant statutory obligations
• Advise the Board on Human Resource Management issues
• Management of employees records and payroll
• Advise on issues of employee’s welfare

Person specification

• Holder of a Diploma in Human Resource Management
• Registered with the Institute of Human Resource Management (IHRM)
• A Degree in Human Resource Management will be an added advantage
• Proficiency in Computer applications
• Strong human relations and interpersonal skills
• Ability to communicate effectively, prepare and present reports
