• We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resources Officer (HRO) with a strong background in logistics and supply chain management to join our liquor distribution company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing human resource functions while also leveraging their expertise in logistics and supply chain to optimize operational efficiency.

SALARY- 30K Gross

Responsibilities

• Oversee the recruitment and selection process and facilitating the hiring process.
• Manage employee relations, including resolving conflicts, addressing grievances, and ensuring a positive work environment.
• Collaborate with the logistics team to optimize transportation routes and reduce costs.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external partners to ensure seamless logistics operations
• Provide insights and recommendations to management to drive informed decision-making.
• Prepare regular reports on key HR metrics, such as recruitment effectiveness, and training outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in human resources management.
• Demonstrated expertise in logistics and supply chain management, including inventory control, transportation, and warehousing is a must
• Strong analytical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented and organised
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
