Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or any other relevant field.
• Must have graduated within the last 2 years or completed coursework and are awaiting graduation in 2024.
• A professional certificate in HR (CHRP, Higher Diploma) will be an added advantage.

Successful candidates must be able to:

• communicate effectively;
• collaborate effectively with others to achieve common goals;
• think creatively and solve problems effectively;
• be self-motivated,
• take initiative,
• be eager to learn and grow, and
• be able to commute to and from Nairobi and its environs on a daily basis for 12 months.
