You, as a HR Generalists, will proactively manage the life cycle of firm members.
You will lead key HR processes and programs across topics in each geography, ensure compliance with all legal requirements and support exceptional risk management.
You will actively counsel colleagues, managers, and leaders on a range of HR policies and guidelines.
Your Growth
You will work in our Africa office as part of our HR Function.
Our HR Function focuses on caring for McKinsey colleagues across the lifecycle and the Firm, managing people risk and compliance, and providing talent partnership to the business.
