This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in Nairobi County, Kenya. The Human Resources Manager will oversee and manage all HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. Daily tasks will involve developing HR strategies, managing employee benefits, conducting training and development programs, handling workplace issues, and ensuring a positive work environment. The position requires collaboration with various departments to support and align HR initiatives with the company's goals.
