Human Resources Officer at Dotwood Designs

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Kenya for a Human Resources Officer. The Human Resources Officer will be responsible for managing HR operations, overseeing employee relations, developing job descriptions, implementing HR policies, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and organizational standards. Day-to-day tasks include recruitment, onboarding, performance management, staff welfare, and creating a positive organizational culture.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in HR Management and Human Resources practices
• Experience in developing and implementing HR Policies and adhering to labor regulations
• Strong skills in Employee Relations and conflict resolution
• Proven ability in Job Description Development and workforce planning
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Knowledge of Kenyan labor laws and regulations is highly advantageous
• Certification in human resource-related courses is an asset
